The Lismore Clinic is a non corporate doctor owned and led clinic. The clinic was initially established in 1906.
We are Lismore’s longest standing family practice and are deeply rooted in this vibrant community of the Northern Rivers.
We are an association of exceptional and energetic attending doctors, nurses and admin staff who deliver personalised and compassionate care. Your well-being, happiness and health are our priority.

history of the clinic
Welcome to our clinic that boasts a rich history. We are not just a GP practice but a part of your community’s health story.
The clinic was established in 1906 initially as a Family medical practice and later as a hospital before becoming a clinic again around 1980.
Like the rest of our community the floods of 2017 and 2022 hit hard but in the face of adversity our clinic persevered, provided health care via telephone and the medical bus and managed to rebuild to continue its vital role in community care.
Today we stand stronger than ever, a testament to our commitment to the well-being of the Northern Rivers Community.
